to my understanding, if there's no catch limit, they consider it trash fish. and bluefish are very high in mercury. gotta bleed them and clean them asap or it's not very good.

All these people complaining are either ignorant or don’t know what they are talking about. 1 just because some people catch and release for fun doesn’t mean that’s what he’s doing, red snappers have confusing keep sizes so u have to let them go if they are over a certain size or under. 2 they got specific seasons for specific salt water fish so he probably released it as it’s not in season. And finally stfu abt fish feeling pain if they felt the pain of a hook they wouldn’t be eating fish that have fins just as sharp so please stfu and go outside and stop complaining on RUclips
